2. Services
MoyeClub provides educational and mentoring services related to music production, including:
• Ableton Live mentoring sessions
• Music production guidance
• Workflow and production consulting
Mentoring sessions are currently offered as:
1:1 online sessions via Google Meet lasting approximately 60 minutes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase any services.
By using this website you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through the website are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers such as iyzico.
By purchasing a service you agree to:
• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay the full listed price of the service
• Comply with these Terms
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
5. Booking and Scheduling
After purchasing a mentoring session, users will receive instructions for scheduling the session.
Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.
Users are responsible for ensuring:
• stable internet connection
• working audio/video setup
• being available at the scheduled time
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital mentoring services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However:
• Sessions may be rescheduled if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If cancellation occurs:
• less than 24 hours before the session
• or the user does not attend the session
the session will be considered completed and non-reschedulable.
7. Session Recording
Mentoring sessions may be recorded for educational, documentation, and quality assurance purposes.
By participating in a session, you consent to the recording.
Recordings will not be publicly distributed without permission and may be stored securely for internal reference and quality purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during mentoring sessions, including:
• explanations
• demonstrations
• workflows
• educational content
remain the intellectual property of MoyeClub.
These materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, or sold without written permission.
9. Website Content
All content on this website including:
• text
• graphics
• branding
• logos
• videos
is owned by MoyeClub and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
MoyeClub provides educational guidance only.
We do not guarantee:
• specific results
• commercial success
• career outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoyeClub shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

2. Hizmetler
MoyeClub aşağıdaki alanlarda eğitim ve mentorluk hizmetleri sunar:
• Ableton Live mentorluk seansları
• müzik prodüksiyonu danışmanlığı
• prodüksiyon workflow geliştirme
Seanslar:
Google Meet üzerinden 1:1 online ve yaklaşık 60 dakika sürelidir.
3. Kullanım Şartları
Hizmetleri kullanabilmek için 18 yaşından büyük olmanız gerekir.
Bu web sitesini kullanarak bu şartı sağladığınızı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
4. Ödeme
Web sitesi üzerinden yapılan tüm ödemeler Shopify altyapısı ve iyzico ödeme sistemi aracılığıyla güvenli şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
Hizmet satın alarak:
• doğru ödeme bilgileri sağlamayı
• belirtilen ücretleri ödemeyi
• bu Hizmet Şartlarına uymayı
kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Fiyatlar önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın değiştirilebilir.
5. Seans Planlama
Mentorluk seansı satın alındıktan sonra kullanıcıya seans planlama talimatları gönderilir.
Seanslar Google Meet üzerinden online olarak gerçekleştirilir.
Kullanıcılar aşağıdakilerden sorumludur:
• stabil internet bağlantısı
• çalışan ses ve video sistemi
• belirlenen saatte hazır bulunmak
6. İptal ve İade Politikası
Dijital mentorluk hizmetleri nedeniyle satın alınan seanslar iade edilemez.
Ancak:
• Seans en az 24 saat önce iptal edilirse yeniden planlanabilir.
24 saatten az kala iptal edilmesi veya seansa katılım sağlanmaması durumunda seans tamamlanmış sayılır ve yeniden planlanamaz.
7. Seans Kaydı
Mentorluk seansları eğitim, dokümantasyon ve kalite kontrol amacıyla kaydedilebilir.
Seansa katılan kullanıcı bu kayda izin vermiş sayılır.
Kayıtlar izinsiz şekilde kamuya açık olarak paylaşılmaz ve yalnızca dahili referans ve kalite amaçlarıyla saklanabilir.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
Mentorluk sırasında paylaşılan tüm içerikler, yöntemler ve eğitim materyalleri MoyeClub’a aittir.
Bu içerikler izinsiz şekilde çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
9. Web Sitesi İçeriği
Web sitesinde yer alan tüm içerikler:
• metinler
• görseller
• markalar
• logolar
• videolar
MoyeClub’a aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasaları ile korunmaktadır.
10. Sorumluluk Reddi
MoyeClub yalnızca eğitim ve danışmanlık hizmeti sunar.
Belirli sonuçlar, ticari başarı veya kariyer gelişimi garanti edilmez.
Yasal olarak izin verilen en geniş kapsamda MoyeClub dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
11. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Web sitemiz aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri içerebilir:
