This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling may apply to services purchased through https://shop.moyeclub.com.

By purchasing any service from this website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Nature of Services
MoyeClub provides digital educational and mentoring services related to music production.
Services are delivered as 1:1 online mentoring sessions conducted via Google Meet, typically lasting 60 minutes.
Because these services are digital and time-based, special refund conditions apply.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through MoyeClub are final and non-refundable.
Once a mentoring session is purchased, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including:
• change of mind
• schedule conflicts
• personal circumstances
• dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes
This policy helps ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Although refunds are not provided, mentoring sessions may be rescheduled under the following condition:
• The user must request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
If this condition is met, the session may be moved to another mutually agreed time.
4. Late Cancellation or No-Show
If:
• cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session, or
• the user does not attend the scheduled session
the session will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Technical Issues
Users are responsible for ensuring:
• stable internet connection
• functioning audio/video equipment
• ability to access Google Meet
Technical problems on the user’s side do not qualify for refunds.
However, if a session cannot be completed due to a technical issue on the service provider’s side, the session may be rescheduled.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, MoyeClub may choose to reschedule a session outside the standard policy.
Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of MoyeClub.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through:
• Shopify
• iyzico
Refund requests submitted through payment providers will be evaluated in accordance with this Refund Policy.

1. Hizmetin Niteliği
MoyeClub müzik prodüksiyonu alanında dijital eğitim ve mentorluk hizmetleri sunar.
Hizmetler genellikle:
Google Meet üzerinden gerçekleştirilen 1:1 online mentorluk seanslarıdır ve yaklaşık 60 dakika sürer.
Bu hizmetler dijital ve zaman bazlı olduğu için özel iade koşulları uygulanır.
2. İade Politikası
MoyeClub üzerinden yapılan tüm satın alımlar kesindir ve iade edilmez.
Bir mentorluk seansı satın alındıktan sonra aşağıdaki durumlarda iade yapılmaz:
• fikir değişikliği
• program değişiklikleri
• kişisel sebepler
• beklentilerin karşılanmaması
Bu politika tüm kullanıcılar için adil planlama yapılabilmesi amacıyla uygulanır.
3. Seans Yeniden Planlama
İade yapılmamakla birlikte seanslar belirli koşullarda yeniden planlanabilir.
Şart:
• Kullanıcı seansı en az 24 saat önce iptal etmelidir.
Bu durumda seans başka bir uygun tarihe taşınabilir.
4. Geç İptal veya Katılmama
Aşağıdaki durumlarda:
• seansın 24 saatten az kala iptal edilmesi
• kullanıcının seansa katılmaması
seans tamamlanmış sayılır ve yeniden planlanamaz veya iade edilmez.
5. Teknik Problemler
Kullanıcı aşağıdakilerden sorumludur:
• stabil internet bağlantısı
• çalışan ses ve video sistemi
• Google Meet erişimi
Kullanıcı kaynaklı teknik sorunlar iade sebebi sayılmaz.
Ancak hizmet sağlayıcı kaynaklı teknik sorunlar nedeniyle seans gerçekleştirilemezse seans yeniden planlanabilir.
6. İstisnai Durumlar
Nadir ve istisnai durumlarda MoyeClub standart politika dışında yeniden planlama kararı verebilir.
Bu karar tamamen MoyeClub’un takdirine bağlıdır.
7. Ödeme Altyapısı
Ödemeler aşağıdaki sistemler üzerinden güvenli şekilde gerçekleştirilir:
• Shopify
• iyzico
Ödeme sağlayıcıları üzerinden yapılan talepler bu İade Politikası kapsamında değerlendirilir.
